Cute private apartment within walking distance of Mangwon Station and Hongdae area. Well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, extremely convenient, and spotlessly clean. Above all, the host is one of the kindest and most responsive I have ever encountered.

Very nice place to stay, Maria is super friendly and responsive! She even offer us fried chicken.
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, multiple convenient stores at walking distance, super convenient location.
They have all listed amenities and most importantly they have three hair dryers!!
Would definitely recommend this place! ❤️

We had the best stay here. I would book again at Maria’s place as we plan to go back to Korea and will stay longer. The area is very close to restaurants and it’s the perfect spot for families. Maria, we can’t thank you enough. Thank you so much for all the help especially with booking taxis, helping us with the tour and the list goes on. Thank you for the kimbap and dumplings as a welcome gift. We enjoyed them and were soooo good. 😊 We appreciate you and we will be back for sure. You are the best host ever! 🫰🏼❤️

WOW there is no better place! We had an issue last minute and Maria was extremely helpful at accommodating our group and even arranged for our round-trip taxi super last minute!! the house itself is amazing, spacious, clean and amazing location. Only about a 15 minute walk to Hongdae street area. We feel so lucky to have found this place last minute and with this amazing host! Will recommend 1000000%!!!!

Nice stay, kind host!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place. Maria’s place is really spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Well-functioning AC, washer/dryer, projector TVs, even drinking water dispenser, 2 full bathrooms and good provision of supplies. There is a separate basement with a very comfortable sofa bed and big projector screen tv. My wife and I decided to sleep there while the kids slept in the bedrooms in the main floor, although the three bedrooms in the main floor are already plentiful for the five of us. The location is perfect. It is quiet and yet within walkable distance to Hongdae with lots of things to do there.
Maria is a super great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. She even offered us free Korean fried chicken during the last night of our stay! Although we missed her message as we were having such a great time at a baseball game at the Jamsil stadium and therefore did not end up getting the free chicken, we really appreciate her hospitality. Thank you, Maria!

We had a great stay at Maria’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maria was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

Maria was a wonderful host, friendly, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. She was also very flexible and accommodating with our requests, which we really appreciated.
You can tell that Maria has put a lot of thought and care into designing the 숙소 to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The space was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Maria’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Maria's place is strategically located around a neighborhood with alot of restaurants and popular place to visit. Maria is very friendly, fast - responsive, and overall the place is exactly as described. I will definately comeback to Maria's place if I visit the area

it is not exactly in hongdae, but it is near a few bus stops that lead to hongdae. it is quite a walk from mangwon station so i recommend taking a cab here with the luggages. the house was really nice and the host was super helpful :)

Great and responsive host.
