Brick House is spacious and with great location. We enjoyed the 3 days spend here！

We enjoyed our stay there. The house has almost everything we need. It is beautifully designed. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and it’s just a few mins away from Gangnam Station, but walking uphill back to the house is a bit of challenge. In general, we’ve enjoyed our to me there and it’s a great shopping location too because Olive Young, Musinsa, different pharmacies and hair salon are just minutes away within walking distance.

The house is so big and have many big beds, clean and has everything needed. We love the amenities.. location wise .. its right at the prestigious location so very calm. The host also very responsive and polite. Downside is maybe we might actually share the house with other guests at the lower ground floor, so we do need to close the window with the garden view. Also, the road going back to the house is a bit uphill. If going home with taxi then its the perfect location. Overall, its a steal if u wanna travel to Seoul with many people and needed a place at the heart of Gangnam which is clean comfy and have all amenities. Thank you :)

Great house with plenty of space for a family to enjoy their time in the heart of Gangnam. It is an uphill walk to the house from the main restaurant / shopping area, but the walk is not long and once you are at the house it’s very quiet and peaceful. Great location overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this 숙소. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and we felt at home throughout our stay. The host was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The property has a beautiful garden and great appliances (large fridge, washer, dryer, LG Styler etc). Trash/ recycling bins were sorted by category and easy to use. Location is great - super convenient and near multiple restaurants/ convenience stores. It is walkable to 4 subway stations, but it’s a steep uphill climb from 3 of them (route from Eonju is relatively flat). Some pain points: the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating during use. We found mold in the laundry detergent tray (which was removable with taking apart and scrubbing, so it was just missed), lint in the dryer, two cockroaches (in bathrooms) and various spiders / spiderwebs in high-traffic areas. Cutlery/ dishes were also not very clean (some stains). Overall the property is beautiful, very spacious, well-equipped and private, and great value for the location. I would just recommend they change their cleaning service provider 😅

Loved the place. We had 6 people, including 1 child in our group and the place was more than enough for all of us to have our own space. Appreciated the fact that we can also order supper like any other Korean resident, in English! Have been to Seoul multiple times, but this experience is the first. Also am super grateful for the hosts accommodating our requests to store our luggages before and after check-in/out. All in all we will definitely be back!

The pictures are very accurate as this home is as beautiful (if not more) in person. The home is a great place when visiting Korea with a large group. The open space kitchen was great to gather around for meals. The tastefully furnished rooms were thoughtfully designed (extra towels, hair dryers, airdresser, quality toiletries, kitchen utensils and glassware, etc.), yet extremely cozy. The host was extremely responsive and proactively checked-in to make sure our stay was comfortable. We forgot a few items and the host quickly notified us and stored our belongings safely until we could retrieve them. We could not ask for a better stay! 10/10 recommend

We had toddlers and stayed with another family with a child as well. This 숙소 was absolutely perfect. Close to the train stations, secure, very quiet, and clean. Host was very responsive and reasonable / willing to answer questions and work with us to make sure our stay was wonderful. Loved the experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice comfy beds for all of us and nice big living room and kitchen for us to hang out at night after a long day. Youngsky is a very great host and very responsive. Overall highly recommend if you need a place in Gangnam area.

Such a lovely place! It was the perfect spot for my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities you provided. Also, thank you for your excellent communication throughout the process. It made everything so smooth and enjoyable.

명절에 외국인 친구 가족이 한국에 놀러 오게 되어 5박 동안 함께 지낼 숙소를 찾다가 예약하게 되었어요. 위치도 좋고 방 개수와 공간도 딱 맞아서 선택했는데, 모두 정말 만족했습니다!
방과 화장실이 층별로 나뉘어 있어서 가족별로 나눠 쓰기 좋았고, 덕분에 더 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 식기류도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어서 명절 분위기로 간단히 음식도 해 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다.
5박이라 수건을 넉넉히 부탁드렸는데, 정말 충분히 챙겨주셔서 남을 정도였어요. 세심하게 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다.
아래층도 운영하시는 것 같던데, 저희 쪽에 아이가 두 명 있다 보니 혹시 시끄럽진 않았을지 조금 걱정이 되네요. 그래도 덕분에 모두 편안하고 즐거운 시간 보내고 갑니다!

Spacious, luxurious, and quiet accommodation in the center of Gangnam. I booked this place for my 12 family members and the place is exactly the same as photos. There are steep inclines to get to the place, so taking a taxi instead of public transit to get here is highly recommended for future guests. For the three days, everybody enjoyed staying at this peaceful mansion!
