Great stay with Simi! The place was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well prepared for our arrival, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simi was also very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and good value for the stay. We would happily stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend Simi’s place to other 숙소 guests.

The place was perfect for our stay, Simi was very responsive and the check in went smoothly. The place is conveniently located, it’s close to namsan park, has conbinis near and places to eat within walking distance.

Highly recommended! Simi’s place is in a incredibly strategic location right in the heart of Seoul. It’s super close to public transportation, making it extremely easy to get around and explore the city. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Simi’s place for over three weeks and loved it. The location is just 2 minutes from a bus stop on Namsan Road, a beautiful (but steep) walking area—perfect if you enjoy walking like we do. Each morning we walked up to the Namsan trails with easy access to Namdaemun Market (about 30 minutes). In the afternoons, it’s a 10-minute walk downhill to Gyeongridan and Itaewon, full of great restaurants and shops.
The home is two-storey: upstairs has two bedrooms and a small bathroom, while downstairs includes a laundry, another bathroom, and an open-plan living/kitchen area. The house was clean and well-equipped. The master bedroom has two queen beds side by side, suitable for groups but less ideal for couples sharing. The upstairs bathroom is very small (toilet only), so showers are best downstairs.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was excellent. Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay with a responsive and helpful host.

Stayed here with four friends and it honestly worked out really well for us. The space was comfortable and suited our group perfectly, with a sofa bed and double large queen/king bed, so none of us felt cramped. Everything was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer questions and give clear instructions whenever we needed assistance, which made the whole experience much smoother.
We also appreciated having a microwave to heat up food, especially after long days out. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, especially if you enjoy being close to nature, and there are plenty of cafés and convenience stores within walking distance, which was very convenient for us. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I would also be happy to stay here again in the future if I have the chance.

The place matched the listing and was clean, well organized, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth and everything was straightforward from check-in to checkout. A solid option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay.

Simi responded quickly and gave detailed instructions on my inquiries. The place is closed to Itaewon and Namsan Tower. Very convenient to take a bus or taxi .

good for maksimum five people, very comfy
