We had a wonderful stay here. Although we couldn’t communicate fluently because of the language barrier, both Suyoung and her son Wooyoung were incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help us.
During our stay, our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and they sincerely supported us during this difficult time. They helped us communicate with the airline, answered our questions, and made us feel safe and cared for. Their kindness meant so much to my daughter and me.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. More importantly, we will always remember the warmth and generosity of this family.
