Wonderful stay – everything was exactly as described. The rooftop terrace was fantastic. Our host was very kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, propre et conforme à l’annonce. La communication avec Yongchang a été facile et efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons ce logement.

Yongchang est un hôte très attentif au confort des voyageurs. L'appartement est très confortable. Autant la literie, la climatisation qui est un atout appréciable dans toutes les pièces. Le rétroprojecteur dehors est un vrai plus pour les soirées tranquilles. Vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge grâce aux machines installées dans l'appartement.
Tout est prévu pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Les commerces et restaurants dans la rue sont excellents.
La gentillesse de Yongchang est particulièrement ressenti vis à vis des présents qu'il nous a offert durant notre séjour.
Il nous a aidé à monter et descendre nos valises très gentiment. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et espérons si l'occasion se présente revenir dans cette location. Enfin, l'appartement est très bien desservi par les bus à proximité pour les déplacements divers et surtout le metro pour l'aéroport qui est à proximité. Encore un grand merci à Yongchang pour son hospitalité.

A perfect stay from the beginning to the departure! The accommodation, the lounge and terrace, were wonderful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home in the eart of Seoul. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! ⭐️🏡✨

Yongchang was truly the best host I could have asked for! He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire stay, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. He even brought some delicious local food and kindly offered some Korean sweets, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.
The place itself is absolutely perfect!! Very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything is close by, and it’s very easy to get around and reach all the main hotspots.
Honestly, Yongchang deserves more than 5 stars. He went above and beyond to make the stay special, and I would happily stay here again.

I’m absolutely loving this stay! The host is incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. The location could not be better—everything is easily accessible. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and shops right nearby. The room is spotlessly clean, tastefully designed by the host themselves, creating such a cozy and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Yongchang is a great host who takes every possible measure to keep his guests happy. The apartment is located in a very central area to Hongik with easy metro, shops access. the terrace is fabulous. The setup is great inside the apartment and the lounge is very cool with coffee, tea, tables and a laptop. I strongly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the spacious balcony. Just sitting there taking in the vibe of Hongdae was one of the highlights of our trip.

Excellent location. Mere footsteps from shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. a very atmospheric location primarily catering to local uni students. Good range of local and trendy restaurants and cafes. Area is safe and well service by local Metro and on the all stops Arex line. Giving easy connection to both Airports and Seoul station. Making it a perfect base to explore Seoul. The added benefit of the rooftop terrace is ideal to for self catered dinners as the sun sets. Great location. Great set up and Great host.

Thank you to Yongchang. He was very responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. Highly recommend this place. It is within walking distance of the busier areas of Hongdae whilst being in a quiet location. Lots of trendy Korean-Italian restaurants nearby and pubs. Great place to stay.

Très bon séjour. L’emplacement est vraiment super, dans un quartier animé (proche de hongdae) avec plein de bons restos et endroits où sortir. Tout était propre, bien rangé et pratique.
On a particulièrement adoré la grande terrasse (avec le projecteur pour regarder des films le soir). Yongchang était très sympa, réactif, attentionné et la communication a été facile du début à la fin.

Great and comfy stay! I enjoyed the stay there - Yongchang is kind and responsive.
The projectors inside and outside the unit was great.
just take note of the stairs that you gotta climb (stairs are a little narrow - was abit hard to deal with a huge luggage hahaha) & the walk is more like 10minutes to the station rather than 5 😂

Het verblijf ligt rustig, net buiten de drukte van Hongdae, wat wij heel aangenaam vonden. In de straat zelf zijn er ook leuke zaakjes en de wijk heeft een fijne, gezellige sfeer. Het is zeker een goede uitvalsbasis om Seoul en Hongdae te verkennen.
Het grootste minpunt was de badkamer. Die vonden we echt niet proper en de wc was ook zeer krap. Daarnaast was bij aankomst de wasmachine nog aan het draaien met handdoeken erin, wat wat slordig overkwam.
Over het algemeen is het verblijf goed gelegen in een aangename buurt, maar vooral de badkamer laat helaas te wensen over.

第一次住的时候就很满意这个地理位置
第二次几乎是不用看地图就能走到周边想去的地方
楼下就是延南洞中心区域 附近有很多好吃的好玩的 还有很多有名的化妆室就在附近 很方便
附近有三家便利店 想要买的都能买到
房子在三楼 没有电梯 搬运行李的时候稍稍有些不方便
但总体来说还是很满意的！房子空间很大 并且有一个巨大的露台 天气好的夜晚 在露台看着投影仪 吃着泡面 别提有多幸福
房东大人也很热情 第二天还给我们送了面包和手写信
非常感动 正好那一天没有买早饭

The apartment in Hongdae was perfect. I visited South Korea with a friend and the place had everything needed for us to be comfortable. The beds where comfy and the best thing about the place was the massive balcony, movie nights and eating food on the balcony with the massive projector where really cool. The location was perfect as well with any restaurant you can think of and a 5 minute walk from the station that will take you anywhere. The host was also one of the best hosts I have had from air BnB, he not only hanged some snacks for us halfway through the trip on the door, on the final day, by chance he saw us leaving for the airport and helped carry my bag to the main road to the taxi. Genuinely the best host I’ve had yet. For anyone staying in Seoul, I would highly recommend this place as it ticks all the boxes.
