這是POSCO最新的公寓，位於首爾汝矣島附近的新吉洞，是今年下半年竣工的25坪共享住宿設施。公寓共13層，位於第12層，設有3間臥室、2間浴室、客廳，每間客房均配有床、衣櫃等住宿所需的設施。地鐵距離首爾地方兵務管理局站步行約5分鐘，距離地鐵1號線、5號線轉乘站新吉站步行約10分鐘。這是今年最新完成的公寓大樓，您可以享受大樓內最好的景觀和體育設施，公寓周圍的公園非常適合散步。三個房間，大概可以住五個人，公寓內有廚房用具，可以隨時做便餐。此外，對於想要儲存食物並長時間停留的人來說，還提供電視、冰箱和滾筒洗衣機供使用。我們相信，它將成為想要在首爾舉家住宿或來韓國觀光和商務的外國人和海外韓國人的最佳住宿地點。

房間守則

*公寓內住宿規定的通知。公寓入住時間為下午 3 點，退房時間為上午 11 點。進入公寓時，您將被告知門密碼。公寓內嚴禁攜帶狗等寵物。公寓內禁止吸煙。我們不想因樓層間的噪音而打擾樓下，因此請您保持安靜，因為如果您喝酒或發出噪音，可能會遭到投訴。公寓內提供炊具和冰箱，方便您準備簡單的餐點。也提供滾筒洗衣機，方便自己洗衣服。離開房間前必須整理好寢具。若家具、固定裝置、壁紙等損壞、損毀或遺失，將另行收取修理和更換費用。

Standard cancellation policy : Balance

Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 14 days before check-in

  • Guests can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
  • If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
