Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited for the sake of neighbors and future guests. If smoking occurs indoors, we will request an immediate checkout without a refund and charge for deep cleaning, restoration of damaged interior elements such as fabrics and wallpapers, etc. This applies to all types of cigarettes including vapes.

The checkout time is before 11 AM.
1. Please separate recyclables, food waste, and non-recyclable items for disposal.
2. Please clean all used dishes, spoons, and chopsticks thoroughly.

    처음에 아파트 입구를 찾느라 좀 헤매긴 했는데 호스트분이 설명을 잘 해주셨어서 잘 찾아 입실했습니다
    입실하자마자 방이 너무 깨끗하고 숙박하며 필요할만한 것들이 다 갖추어져 있어서 세심하시다고 느꼈어요
    숙박하는동안 연락도 바로바로 잘 되었습니다
    조금 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 침대 매트리스가 꽤 불편합니다ㅎㅎ;; 누웠을 때 스프링이 그대로 느껴져요... 말곤 방음이 잘 안되는 편인데 이웃집이 크게 시끄럽지 않아서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다
    다음에도 근처 볼일이 있다면 또 머물 것 같아요 감사합니다!

    와오오오오 에어비앤비는 넘 비싼가 싶은데 여기는 진짜 찐이에요! 너무예쁘고 깔끔하고 있을것 다있구 ㅠㅠ -> 근데 침대가 너무 딱딱스해서 잠을 설치긴 했습니다.!! ㅠㅠ 그것 말고는 진짜 너무너무 좋았구 예뻐서 잘쉬다가 놀다가 갑니다~~!

    1박하는데 전혀 무리 없었습니다.
    올림픽홀이랑 도보로 10분정도면 이동가능한 가까운 거리라

    조용한 동네에 깨끗한 숙소였습니다.
    아늑하고 침구류도 포근하여 잠을 잘 잤습니다.
    화장실에도, 부엌에도 필요한 집기가 다 있었구요.
    102동에 801~810/ 811~815호 엘레베이터 이용이 다른 점을 확인하면 좀더 수월하게 찾을 수 있을 것 같습니다.

    콘서트 있어서 방문했어요!
    일단 숙소 너무 예쁘고 컨디션이 진짜 최고였어요 머리카락 한 올 보이지 않더라구요 있는 어메니티들도 다 좋은거 쓰셔서 편하게 씻고 갈 수 있었습니다. 그리고 위치가 콘서트장으로 걸어서도 갈 수 있는 거리라 너무 좋았고 호스트분도 친절하시고 소통이 잘 되었어요! 완전 추천합니다 특히 저는 주차가 꼭 필요했는데 무료로 주차할 수 있었던 부분이 정말 좋았어요! 앞으로 종종 이 근처 올 일 있으면 여기로 하겠습니다

    우선은 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고요 체크인전에 짐맡길 수 있냐고 문의 드렸었는 데 너무 친절하게 가능하시다고 하셔서 짐 맡기고 즐겁게 놀았네요...욕실에 면봉이며 필요한 거 너무 잘 되있고요.. 1박 잘 지내다갑니다.

Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 14 days before check-in

  • Guests can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
  • If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
