Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property.
There is a $300 cleaning and disinfection fee for smoking.

[No disturbance in residential areas]
If there are complaints due to excessive noise or loud banging, you may be immediately forced to leave, and in this case, no refund will be given. Especially after 10pm, you should be quiet so as not to disturb other people's sleep.

[No Parking]
Parking is absolutely not allowed. Be sure to use a nearby public or private parking lot. Please do not cause disputes due to obstruction of business operation of nearby stores due to illegal parking in front of the house.

[Garbage disposal]
Please separate garbage into general garbage, recyclable garbage, and food waste and put it in a recycling bag.

[Food that cannot be cooked]
Do not cook odor-generating ingredients or grilled foods (fish, pork belly, etc.).

[Pets are not allowed]
Pets are not allowed in the property building (inside and outside the property). In particular, a $300 fee including cleaning fee will be charged if indoor carry-on is confirmed.

[Requires prior permission for filming and events]
Commercial photography and events (events) without permission are strictly prohibited.
