是弘大站和超近距离的LEE house 2号店。
感谢1号店的大力支持, 2号店开张了 :)
是新宿舍，内部改造干净利落的感性宿舍。

下7个台阶，宿舍就在那里。
101号，不用在意楼下:)
因为宿舍在山坡上，所以可以想成0.5层-1层。
是阳光和通风良好的宿舍。

如果想要临站地角漂亮的感性宿舍，推荐LEE house 2号店。

*宿舍公告事项*

-入住下午3点/退房下午11点
因为有清扫时间,所以延迟退房时,请务必提前告诉我。
咨询的话，会告知每小时追加金额。


-清洁费是床上用品洗涤的最低费用。
使用过的餐具请在退房前洗碗。
请把食物分类到食物垃圾桶里,剩下的分类到垃圾桶里扔掉


-建筑内全部禁烟。
因为是孩子们也使用的宿舍,所以年初、电子烟都禁止。
（吸烟时会附加惩罚）


-请在室内脱鞋
是使用火炕的宿舍。 请在室内脱鞋。


-请不要在床上吃东西
床上用品污染及墙纸、器物破损的损害可以要求赔偿费用。


-派对请事先通知。
因为不是派对室,而是多户型别墅,所以可能会对邻居造成影响,或者在很晚的时间里发生噪音。
派对是不可能的。 除此之外,生日派对、纪念日等都可以,请提前告诉我。


- 除个人收藏外，如果进行提交用、Instagram销售等拍摄，请提前告知主机。


-请注意过度的噪音
（因为周围是住宅区，所以为了邻居们大声播放音乐或者跑来跑去，
请不要打开窗户大声喧哗到深夜。）


-请注意贴在墙上的气球等活动用品。
（壁纸损坏时，可能会收取刷屏费用。
请尽量在窗帘上使用，请使用派对用品后进行整理。）


-居民举报或与其他居民发生纠纷及违反防疫守则时,将立即采取退房措施。
（因违反宿舍规定而强制退房时，住宿费不予退还。）


-宠物不可随行（发现时将采取退房措施）
