This is Hannam-dong Rooftop Party Room Guest House 1.2.3F all rental.
It's perfect for M.T. Workshop, birthday party, etc.
You can enjoy a barbecue party by looking at the fantastic night view of the Han River and Namsan Mountain.

♡ 1st floor (up to 13 people): Room 1 for 4 people, room 2 for 2 people, kitchen (dining table), toilet 1
♡2nd floor (up to 14 people): Room 2 for 4 people, sofa bed, spacious living room (beam projector), kitchen, toilet 1
♡3F: Rooftop party room (20 people can accommodate, barbeque costs added, no lodging, exterior terrace+internal party room)
#3 socket-outlets and lockers for each bed. I installed a light and set it apart from other guest houses with abundant bedding such as 2 pillows.
#Wagons. Shampoo.Lins. Body cleanser. Complimentary soap, toothpaste, various detergents, and garbage bags!!
# Refrigerator 2. Gas stove. Microwave 2. Rice cooker 2. Pot-frying pan 4. Wine glass, etc. Tableware. arrangement of condiments, etc.
# Barbecue available on the 3rd floor rooftop (additional fee 40,000 won, charcoal grill torch gas foil provided)
#You can watch the beam project movie in the living room on the 2nd floor (laptop usb can be connected). You can download it directly to your computer)
The party room on the 3rd floor is only available until 12 p.m. (Because of the possibility of reporting a complaint in the event of a noise, you can sit around the living room on the 2nd floor for the 2nd round. You can play all night.)
#The noise is causing frequent complaints. Please refrain from making reservations if you play at the level of loud voices and tell me in advance that you may be fined if a police complaint comes in.
The night view of Seoul, which is seen as a whole glass in the living room on the second floor, is wonderful, but the sunrise is also spectacular. I recommend you to watch it once.
#Sterilize bedding every day because of Corona19. Hand sanitizer on the beach! We're preparing thoroughly.
There are many classic and pretty shops in Usadan-ro. Also, there are many halal food restaurants that are popular as well-being foods.
#It's a 10-minute walk from Itaewon Station.
#If you take a village bus at Hannam Station, you can get off right in front of your accommodation just after Itaewon Station.
#There's no parking lot. You have to use a paid parking lot within 3 minutes or park in an alley. We don't offer parking spaces.
House Rule
-Do not go to goseong bunga and sing after 12:00 p.m. (Complaints are frequently reported. You may be fined.)-When checking out, you must clean up the garbage and wash dishes. -In case of damage to contaminated bedding, you must compensate.

호스트 분께서 너무나 친절하였고, 시설에 필요한 건 전부 준비되어 있었습니다. 1층이라 벌레가 많거나 춥지 않을까 걱정했는데 그런건 전혀 없었구요. 다만 원래는 숙소 앞에 있었을 24시 슈퍼가 폐업을 한 건지 열려 있지 않아서 편의점을 가려면 한참 걸어가야 했던게 조금 불편했네요. 마을버스가 아니라 도보로 오려고 하면 대부분이 언덕이고 계단이 많아서 좀 힘들었던게 위치 면에서 참 아쉬웠던 것 같습니다. 하지만 마을버스가 가까운 곳에 정차하고, 마을버스를 타고 이태원역까지 내려갈 수 있기 때문에 돌아가는 길은 편했습니다.
우선 모든 인원이 침대에서 잘 수 있을 만큼 침구가 준비 되어 있다는게 정말 최고 장점이었고, 정수기가 있어 따로 물을 살 필요가 없었던 게 참 좋았습니다.
책상이 커서 다같이 식사를 하거나 가져온 보드게임을 하고 놀기에도 좋았어요!
저희가 묵었을 때 위층에 다른 팀도 묵었었는데, 층간 소음이 있긴 했습니다. 다만 저희도 어차피 밤늦게까지 놀았기 때문에 크게 신경쓰이지는 않았습니다 ^_^ 재밌게 잘 놀다 갑니다!Dec 2023 -
