I'm the "Cheongpa Stay" host Seul.

Traveling to Korea becomes special with the use of a detached house.

I am doing my best to manage and communicate to make it a safe space where my family stays.

It is a large space with a kitchen and living room, so it is comfortable, and there is a separate front room for carrier storage.

It is located at the best location with close proximity to major tourist attractions, so you can conveniently move by bus and subway.

- Sookdae Entrance Station 5 minutes, Namyeong Station 9 minutes - Seoul Station 13 minutes on foot

[Bus]

- Airport bus 6001 stops 5 minutes in front of the accommodation

- Itaewon Station Bus 15 Minutes - Myeongdong Station Bus 15 Minutes

- Namsan Tower Bus 15 minutes - Hongik University Bus 35 minutes

[The subway]

- Sookmyung Women's University, Seoul Station, Namyeong Station

Since it is a university commercial district, it is convenient to have various restaurants and cafes nearby

[Guidance to the dorm]

* 4 people for standard and 6 people for maximum

* Room 1: Queen-sized bed 1, air conditioner

* Room 2: Queen-sized bed 1, Dryer

* Kitchen : Refrigerator, gas stove, electric kettle, pots, frying pan, various bowls, wine cup

* the provision of towels

* Wireless Wi-Fi enabled

* Floor topper bedding is provided when 5 or more people are added

[Entrance/Exit]

- Check in keypad

* Check-in: After 3 p.m. / after 3 p.m

(Early check-in: Before 3 p.m., an additional 10,000 won)

* Check-out: Before 11 a.m. / before 11 a.m

(Late check-out at 12 p.m., additional 10,000 won)

* When you check out, please organize simple things and collect garbage separately.

(General recycling food waste classification)

* When you check out, please turn off the lights in the room, air conditioner/heater, TV, etc.

* Bedding will be replaced and cleaned and disinfected after check-out, so make sure to be on time.

* Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited.

- If you are caught, you will be fined 150,000 won and checked out.

* In the event of a complaint caused by noise, it can be immediately checked out.

Please refrain from making loud noise too late.

* If you check additional people other than the reservation, you will be charged twice the accommodation fee.

-It is possible to bake lightly, but please refrain from eating foods that do not smell well.

(Meat and fish) (No barbecue party)

* We conduct quarantine to block bugs every month.

Due to the nature of the residential area, other mosquitoes may come in when opening and closing the mosquito door (not refundable as mentioned above)

* Be careful not to get hair dye cosmetics on your bedding. Excessive pollution will charge you.

* If you put a cookware other than a pot frying pan on top of the gas stove, be careful because it can cause a fire!

* Make sure to take off your shoes from the shoe rack and use the accommodation.

(If you wear shoes and use the accommodation, you will be charged 100,000 won for cleaning.)
