Station), our accommodation is nestled in the heart of the vibrant restaurant alley. You’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep, including restaurants, bars, cafes, a traditional market, convenience stores, Daiso, Olive Young, and more.
With its central location in Seoul, transportation is convenient:
30 minutes to Hongdae
20 minutes to Gangnam
30 minutes to Dongdaemun
Less than 1 hour to other major areas in Seoul
Our accommodation is a standalone house on the second floor. You can enjoy the trendy vibes outside, while inside, you’ll find a peaceful retreat that offers a taste of Korean aesthetics and comfort in the city. Bathroom: Hotel towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, foam cleanser, toothpaste, washing machine
(Toothbrushes are not provided)
The washing machine in the bathroom is reserved for the host but can be used for stays of 3 nights or more.
Bedding is provided based on the number of guests booked.
Other Notices
External CCTV is in operation for guest safety, security, and to check the number of occupants. Guests beyond the reserved number are not allowed to enter. (Immediate eviction without a refund if the number exceeds the reservation.)
No noise after 11 PM due to residential area regulations. (Complaints or reports may result in eviction without a refund.)
Strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. (A fine of 300,000 KRW + 200,000 KRW for special cleaning will be charged.)
No use of any fire-related items indoors or outdoors (e.g., candles, incense, fireworks, portable burners, lighters).
No dyeing hair or eating food on the bedding. (Restoration costs will be charged for any contamination of bedding or bathroom.)

숙소도 매우 청결하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다
위홈같은 숙소를 처음 이용해봐 두려움도 있었지만
만족스러웠습니다!
다만 아무래도 식당가 주변이라 저녁 10시 전후까지는
옆 식당에서 키는 공조기 소리 같은게 들려서 거슬리더라구요
10시 이후에는 그런소리가 나지않아 숙면을 취했습니다!

수술후 서울에서 머물곳을 찾다가 발견한 곳인데 정말 여태까지 와본 숙소중에 제일좋아요….. 호스트님 취향 정말 제스타일..솔직히 5성급 호텔보다 훨씬 좋았어요 제가 조선팰리스랑 웨스틴조선 갔다가 머물렀던 숙소인데요… 여기 정말 안와보면 후회하십니당… 꼭 머물다 가세요.. 저 곧 이쪽으로 집 구하려고하는데 정말 돈만 있었으면 사장님 한테 혹시 집 내놓으실 계획 없냐고 물어보고싶은 정도랄까요…? 너무너무 친절하셔서 행복하게 이번년도 진짜 순간중에 제일제일 행복한 기억으로 남을거같아요 사장님 오래오래 이 숙소 지켜주세요 조만간 또 올게요 ❤️😊😊

서울에서 이 가격에 이런 인테리어와 접근성을 가진 숙소 찾기가 정말 쉽지 않은데
이수 3분 스테이를 발견한 건 행운이었습니다,,❤️
같이 간 친구들 모두 숙소 너무 잘 찾았다며 나중에 또 오자고 얘기했어요.
