This is a quiet single-family home. Please refrain from making loud noises after 9 PM. Also, please do not go up to the second floor because there are people living there :) We are using a pest control service, but due to the nature of the residential area, there are bugs that come in from outside. Please understand that refunds due to this are not possible, and please make sure to close the mosquito net when opening the window ^^_ ***Caution*** - No pets - No smoking - No guests unknown to the host entering the room * If the above precautions are not followed, or if there is damage or destruction within the accommodation, you may be required to pay compensation. (The host cannot be unaware of this structure, so please be sure to follow it!) We ask for your understanding for the comfortable use of the accommodation by all guests ^^_
