The intercity bus is a 3-minute walk away, so you can easily travel to Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon Airport. House Rule
- It is a semi-basement like the first floor, two steps down. The bathroom ceiling is low. - Parking is not supported, so please use the nearby public parking lot. - Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If you smoke, a cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the cancellation fee for the next guest will be charged. - All responsibility lies with the guest in case of use for illegal purposes or cohabitation with minors. - Pets are not allowed. - Since it is located in a residential area, if there is a complaint from the neighbors due to noise, you will be immediately evicted, and there will be no refund, so please understand. - Cooking of food with strong smoke or smell (grilled meat, grilled fish, fried food, etc.) is not allowed. - If you damage the facilities (furniture, bedding, serious contamination, electronic products, speakers, board games, etc.) and provided daily necessities, please immediately send a message to the host.
