Guest Policy
• Maximum occupancy: 6 people
• Non-registered visitors: 20,000 KRW per person
• Standard use is 2 guests per bed (1 person per bed X)
• If additional bed or bedding is used, 15,000 KRW will be charged per person (please inquire in advance)

• No parking on the premises (temporary stop for unloading allowed)

• Maison Soyo is a lower-level space in a quiet residential area
• There is a slight uphill slope when entering the building—please be aware :)

Safety & Security
• Temporary door code valid during your stay will be provided.
• For self check-in, security and fire safety, CCTV is installed at the entrance (no indoor footage).
• Smoke detectors installed. Smoking indoors or inside the building is strictly prohibited. Violation will incur a KRW 100,000 fine.

House Rules
• No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), pets, visitors, or parties.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM. Noise complaints may result in eviction.
• Damage, bedding stains, smoking: cost of actual repair/cleaning will be charged. Please be careful with hair dye or makeup stains.
• Lost/damaged items: compensation will be based on replacement cost.
• Do not move furniture/decor (risk of damage).
• Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., grilled meat, fish, mala soup).
• Please separate trash and tidy up before check-out :)
