First, the house location is excellent and very easy to find ? The airport shuttle bus goes directly there, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the stop! There are no slopes at all—it's completely flat and so comfortable to walk around. The surrounding area is wonderful, just a few steps to Saerim Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby! The house matches the photos perfectly, it's especially clean and tidy, and the green-themed décor is done with such care ? All the facilities in the house are complete and work great, the bed is super comfortable and so easy to sleep in! I had three wonderful nights here.

The host is wonderful! They proactively check in and are very thoughtful. Although the room is a semi-basement, there's no musty smell and it's kept very clean! I hope everyone will give it a try. There are also many food and beverage options on the way to the subway station from the property, which is very convenient!

The room is very clean and tidy, with very dry beds and bedding. There are many dining options nearby, and you can enjoy delicious food even late at night. However, it takes more than 30 minutes by subway to reach the main attractions, and the subway is quite time-consuming. If you're planning to stay, I'd recommend considering your itinerary carefully. Also, there are quite a few thresholds in the room, and I hope warning signs could be posted to prevent tripping hazards. That said, overall it's excellent. The host is warm and responsive, and even agreed readily to a late checkout request.

It was great that there were many beds, and I could see that all the facilities were maintained so cleanly! I don't think I could find another accommodation at this price point like this one. The host was so kind and responded quickly, which was wonderful! I would definitely like to visit again!

The homestay is quite nice, the location is convenient, and the room is very clean. It's just a bit small and located in a semi-basement, but everything else is great~

Clean, matches the pictures, the host responds to messages very promptly, and even helped us store our luggage—thank you so much. There are three 1.5-sized large beds, so it's no problem accommodating 6 people. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is especially soft, really nice.

It turned out to be a semi-basement with no natural light. Being inside made it feel like an overcast day every day, and it was impossible to tell what was happening outside.
However, the room was extremely clean, the hygiene was impeccable, and the bed was large with a soft mattress.
But there was a very unpleasant smell at the entrance, like a severe foot odor smell, and there was also a slight odor when entering the door, but it was manageable once you got used to it.
The location is actually quite a distance from Saerim Station, and since Saerim Station is in the lower left of Seoul, it's quite far from Seoul's main tourist areas, making transportation time-consuming ?

The host is very warm and friendly, and the restaurants near the house are all delicious. The bed is very comfortable.
