💚Our accommodation is a 2-story house with narrow stairs.
Please be careful for safety when going up.

🤫After 9 PM is quiet hours. Please be mindful of loud noises and disturbances. (Neighboring residents live here. Parties are prohibited. If complaints from neighbors are received, you will be asked to check out without a refund.)

🏘️For guest safety, a CCTV is installed at the entrance door.
Please request additional guests in advance. Additional guests and visitors beyond the reserved number of people are prohibited.
(Additional charges will be applied if confirmed on CCTV)

Please do the dishes, separate trash, and tidy up before checking out.
Please separate trash in the kitchen trash bin when checking out. (Trash disposal in Korea is complicated. Check-out time is not the time for external trash disposal, so please never throw trash outside.)

🚭No smoking in the accommodation (including e-liquids and e-cigarettes)
"Smoking restoration fee of 500,000 won will be charged" Smoking inside and outside the accommodation is absolutely prohibited.
- Haeundae Market is a non-smoking zone throughout, so please smoke outside the market.

🚫Pets are not allowed

🚫Minors cannot use the accommodation; only allowed with a guardian.

🚫Please remove your shoes.
In Korea, people remove their shoes indoors. Please change into indoor slippers.
Using the accommodation with shoes on will incur an additional cleaning fee. (Additional cleaning fee: 150,000 won)

🚫When using the bathroom, do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. (Wet wipes are also not allowed) Repair costs may be charged if pipes get clogged.

🚫Please refrain from cooking with strong odors such as grilled meat, grilled fish, or fried foods.

🚫Compensation may be charged for damaged or stolen items. Please do not take towels or shower products.

🚫No parking in front of the accommodation. There is a paid parking lot 50m away on foot.
(Parking Office Haeundae Branch, Haeundae Market Public Parking Lot: 20,000 won per day is the cheapest.)
If you plan to use a paid parking lot, please inquire in advance!

🚫Hair dyeing is absolutely prohibited in the accommodation (if color transfer damage occurs, all costs will be borne by the guest)

🚫No illegal activities of any kind are permitted in the accommodation. You may face legal consequences, which are unrelated to the host.
