Timber Stay is located in a quiet residential area.
Out of consideration for neighboring residents, please refrain from loud conversations or noise after 11 PM.
We welcome guests who prefer intimate and calm conversations over a glass of wine rather than loud drinking parties.

🚶‍♂️ Staircase Usage Notice
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
If you have very heavy large luggage, please note this when making your reservation. We appreciate your understanding.

🧳 Luggage Storage Service Notice
We offer luggage storage assistance before check-in for early-arriving guests.
Between 12 PM and 3 PM, you can leave your luggage at the accommodation and explore the area with light steps.
If you need luggage storage, please send a message in advance!

🚫 No Self Hair Dyeing Indoors
To provide clean bedding to the next guest, we respectfully do not allow self hair dyeing inside the accommodation.
If white bedding, towels, furniture, or other items become stained or discolored due to hair dye, special cleaning fees or compensation charges may unfortunately be incurred. We appreciate your understanding.

For your safety and security, a CCTV camera is installed facing the front entrance.
Entry or overnight stays by unauthorized external visitors are restricted without prior agreement.

Standard checkout is at 11 AM. If you wish to extend by 1 hour, an additional fee of 20,000 won applies.
