Free parking is available for short periods in the alley in front of the house, but since the neighboring building's owner and tenants have fixed parking spots, guests requiring long-term parking are requested to use the public parking lot near Yeomchang Station.

☑️ This accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from making noise, and repeated noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

☑️ Visits or stays by guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. If unregistered guests are found, an additional charge of 50,000 won per person will be applied. (CCTV verification)

☑️ You must remove your shoes at the entrance upon check-in and wear indoor slippers inside the accommodation.

☑️ Indoor smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.🚭 Violations will result in a 500,000 won fine and immediate eviction.

☑️ Cleaning fees will be charged for stains that cannot be washed out.

☑️ Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., grilled pork belly, seafood, etc.).
