Any additional visits (including overnight stays) beyond the reserved number of guests will be charged 40,000 won per additional person, not the standard rate of 20,000 won.

Towels are provided at 2 per person based on a 2-night stay.
For each additional night, up to 1 additional towel per person will be provided.
If you need more towels, please use the washing machine and dryer. (Detergent and fabric softener provided)

To book this accommodation, you must agree to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in forced checkout or penalties.
✔️Due to the age of the house, some spaces may have low ceilings or uneven floors. Additionally, the structure includes stairs and thresholds, so infants, elderly guests, pregnant women, and those with mobility concerns should exercise extra caution when moving around.
✔️The host is not responsible for any safety accidents that occur within the accommodation.
✔️Guests under 19 years old cannot stay alone without a guardian.
✔️Unauthorized commercial filming and events are not permitted.
✔️Cooking foods with strong odors and smoke is not allowed.
✔️The indoor areas and terrace are non-smoking zones. Please use the designated ashtray in the yard for smoking. (Fine: 500,000 KRW)

✔️As this is a detached house, insects may enter. We make efforts to minimize this during cleaning. If you are sensitive to this issue, please book with caution. Refunds due to this matter are not available.

✔️There is no dedicated parking space. Please use nearby public parking lots through the "Moduui Parking" app.
