Pudimos realizar un taller agradable con los miembros del equipo en este magnífico alojamiento.
Pasamos un gran tiempo con amigos este fin de semana pasado. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y espacioso. El anfitrión fue muy útil cuando tuvimos preguntas sobre algunas cosas de la casa. Altamente recomendado para una escapada tranquila.

Fue muy bueno.
La propiedad tiene las mismas condiciones que en las fotos y nos encantó la bañera Hinoki, las varias habitaciones y la ropa de cama. Sin embargo, nos pareció que la limpieza en el mantenimiento del alojamiento dejaba mucho que desear. Los utensilios de cocina no estaban bien cuidados, así que creemos que con un poco más de atención se convertiría en un alojamiento perfecto.

1. Karaoke usage hours: Check-in until 10:00 PM
2. You are responsible for any microphone damage (charges will be applied after repair)

[POOL USAGE RULES]
1. Children and infants must enter the water with an adult
2. Infant life jackets are available upon request
3. Diving is prohibited
4. Climbing over the railings is prohibited (warning issued; pool access will be restricted)
5. Ball games in the pool are prohibited
6. Shooting water guns over the railings is prohibited
7. Be careful of slippery surfaces
8. Water depth is 0.9m~1.0m
9. Please decide between cold water and lukewarm water for the pool by the day before
10. After using the pool, please dry off thoroughly and use the stairs (caution: slippery surfaces)
11. If you need equipment to inflate or deflate tubes, please contact the host
[KITCHEN USAGE GUIDE]
1. Please clean and organize kitchen appliances after use
2. Dispose of food waste in the food waste bin, and please throw the bag in the food waste recycling bin outside the 1st floor coffee shop when checking out
3. Recycling bins are located in the rooftop elevator hall. Please separate your recyclables when checking out
4. The dining table seats 6 people. Please note that there are additional chairs on the balcony
5. [APPLIANCE USAGE GUIDE]
1. Heating is not operated from May to early October
2. When using the air conditioner, please open the folding door to access the outdoor unit
3. Instructions for using the induction cooktop are written on a sticker on the induction cooktop (please turn off after use; there is a fire hazard)
4. One air conditioner remote control is provided on each floor. Please return it to its place after use
5. If a blue light appears on the power and filter icon while the air conditioner is running, it will not operate. Please reset the filter in the additional functions using the wireless remote and then use it
6. If you operate 3 or more air conditioners simultaneously, cooling performance may be reduced. Please use only in necessary areas
7. The TV remote control is located in the TV living room cabinet
[HINOKI BATH GUIDE]
1. After requesting the hinoki bath, if you use it on the same day, please let us know your usage time, and we will turn on the water accordingly
2. The hinoki bath produces a lot of steam, so please keep the glass door closed (to prevent sensor malfunction)
3. The hinoki bath will automatically stop filling once it reaches a certain water level. After use, drainage will be handled by the host after checkout. If you drain it yourself, the drain is located under the chair
4. The hinoki bath has a glass door and can be seen from the 2nd floor living room. If children are playing in the water, the transparent glass door was installed for observation purposes from outside; please note this
[INDOOR GRILL USAGE]
1. When using the electric grill indoors, please slightly pull the folding door to allow odors to escape
2. At night, flying insects may enter, so please close the inner screen door and sliding door after use
3. When using the indoor grill, please connect it to a leakage breaker outlet. After use, please turn off the power and unplug it. If it rains, there may be water on the floor, so please check carefully when connecting. Please contact the host before use. If it rains, please use it next to the dining table
[BATHROOM USAGE GUIDE]
1. The toilet in the master bedroom is a bidet-integrated toilet; please operate it with the wireless remote control. Occasionally, the power button on the lower right side of the toilet is turned off, which prevents water from flushing. Please turn it on so the red light comes on
2. If you remove the toilet paper holder, it may be difficult to reattach. Please leave it as is, and the host will organize it during cleaning
