Green Stay is located in a 'half-basement two-room house' and has a spacious bedroom and living room.

The interior has been styled in a luxurious way with a non-semi-basement interior, and it is an accommodation that has been carefully prepared.

It has a dehumidifier, so we pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and we are trying to create a pleasant environment.

An internal "Jungmun" was installed to pay attention to noise and cold weather, and since it is a "single generation without next door," make happy memories with your precious friends and family without worrying about noise complaints.

For indoor cleanliness, absolute indoor smoking is prohibited and companion animals are prohibited. Please understand this.

If you inevitably need a companion animal, please contact us in advance.

Smoking is available outside the front door.
(If you are caught smoking inside the building (in the accommodation), you will be charged 100,000 won for cleaning.)

Green Stay is an accommodation located in a residential area.

If there is damage or contamination, there may be a charge, so be careful.
Please use the toilet slippers only in the bathroom.
Please take off your shoes and check in indoors.
Do not throw food waste in the drain and toilet. Please throw it away in the food waste bin.
Just separate the trash well. We'll take care of the discharge and clean-up.
