It is impossible to cook food that smells bad or splatters a lot of oil.
If you do not comply with the number of people staying, you will be discharged.
It's a quiet residential area, no partying and no-noise time zone after 10pm. Please be strict!
CCTV is installed outside the accommodation for noise and safety.

Nearby, there is Hongdae Youth Street, and there are many universities nearby, and natural ecological parks such as Haneul Park and Mangwon Hangang Park are located.
Seoul tourist attractions include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Dongdaemun Market, Namsan Seoul Tower, Yongsan National Museum, Jamsil Lotte World, Noryangjin Fish Market, Yangjae Flower Market, and Cheongnyangni Fruit Market.
If you want to enjoy hiking, there are Bukhansan Mountain, Gwanaksan Mountain, and Guryongsan Mountain.
Enjoy Han River ramen and beer that Koreans enjoy at the Han River.

All areas in the accommodation are prohibited, dogs cannot be accompanied.
