All the furniture and appliances are new. It is located between the double station area of Sinseoldong Station and Bomun Station. It is a single-family house and is located on the first floor. There are many tourist attractions nearby. Dongdaemun is only 2 stops away from Sinseoldong Station on Line 1. Cheonggyecheon is a 10-minute walk away, so it is great for a walk or exercise, and the night view is very beautiful. There are also many attractions nearby, such as Jongno, Gwangjang Market, Dongmyo, Dongdaemun Design Plaza Hyehwa Theater Street, and Cheong Wa Dae. Have a fun and comfortable trip in the most popular neighborhood in Seoul these days :) ⭕️Room 1 (Bedroom): 2 queen-size beds (for 4 people) ⭕️Room 2 (Suite): 1 queen-size bed (for 5 or more people), hanger ⭕️Living room: 6-person table, chairs, 32-inch portable TV (Netflix available) ⭕️Kitchen: 3-burner gas range, microwave, 6-person dishes, water cup pot, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, plates, cups, spoons, chopsticks ⭕️Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body shower, hand sanitizer, hair dryer, towels, ✔️Mattresses, bedding, and blankets are replaced with new ones every time and are regularly managed by a cleaning company. ✔️A washing machine is provided, so all bedding is washed once a day as a rule. ✔️Bedding may become wrinkled after washing. ✔️ The river and park are adjacent, so they are regularly managed by a pest control company. Occasionally, pests may enter from outside, and this is not a reason for a refund. ❌Pets are not allowed. ❌Please refrain from making loud noises after 9 PM.
