❗Based on check-in date (if checking in on Saturday, check-out is by 13:00 on Sunday.)
❌ No cancellations or refunds due to failure to review this notice or cancellations after the cancellation period due to reviewing the notice

2. Minor Entry Information
➡️ Our August does not allow minors to enter, so ID verification may be conducted at check-in.

✔ As of 2026, those born in 2007 and later may enter.
✔ Entry is prohibited even when accompanied by an adult (children and infants coming with parents are also prohibited from entering)
✔ Only national ID cards, driver's licenses, and passports are accepted.
✔ Photo screenshots are not accepted.
✔ No refunds or cancellations due to failure to review this information or failure to bring ID

3. Same-Day Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our August does not allow cancellations or refunds for same-day reservations under any circumstances. Please note this.
✅ No cancellations or refunds even within 15 minutes of booking

4. Consecutive Night Reservation Information
If you book consecutive nights by reserving separate rooms for each night and leave your luggage in the room to continue using it, additional charges will apply.
Example: If you book 2/2~2/4 separately as 2/2~2/3 and 2/3~2/4

5. Parking Information
• Only 1 vehicle per room is allowed. (If 2 or more vehicles, refunds are not available)
• Flatbed trucks, low-chassis vehicles, smartphone key vehicles, and vehicles with roof boxes installed on the roof cannot be parked.
• Front parking is prohibited. (The vehicle owner is responsible for all accidents resulting from front parking.)
• Pre-check-in parking is not available. (No cancellations or refunds due to inability to pre-park)

6. Disposable Products Paid Provision Notice
Our August sells disposable products on a paid basis in accordance with ESG management that considers the environment.
* Shampoo and body wash are provided in the room.

7. Pet Entry Information
Our accommodation prohibits entry with pets.
❌ If pets are discovered hidden during check-in or if items (wallpaper) are damaged, refunds are not available and charges will be made based on the price of new products

8. Lost and Found Information
✅ Lost and found items are stored for 7 days.
❌ Due to risk of loss and damage, courier shipping is not available (in-person pickup only)
