It is quiet because it is an accommodation in a residential area of Sinchon. It is located near Changcheon Neighborhood Park, so it is good for taking a walk. There are many famous restaurants, cafes, and infrastructure facilities around it. It is a 3-room space divided into a bedroom, kitchen, and dining area. You can watch Netflix and YouTube on a high-definition TV. It has pretty dishes and basic cooking utensils, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. Please note that CCTV is installed at the entrance outside the accommodation for guest safety and number of people. Additional charges may apply for stains that cannot be erased. ✔️ Dyeing is prohibited in the accommodation. ✔️ Bayena Hongdae has CCTV installed outside the entrance for guest safety and to check the number of people. CCTV is used only for safety and accommodation management purposes and does not film the inside of the accommodation, so please do not worry. ✔️ The house next door is inhabited by neighbors. Please refrain from making loud noises after 10 PM and be polite. ✔️ Entry of people without prior agreement will result in forced eviction and no refunds will be issued. (It is not allowed for the simple purpose of visiting, and additional costs will apply.) ✔️ Cooking food with a lot of smoke or smell is prohibited in the accommodation. (No grilling of pork belly, mala-tang, cheonggukjang, fermented skate, etc.) ✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. (Including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) ✔️ If you smoke, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the cost of accommodation that will be canceled the next day will be charged. ✔️ Please put food waste in the ivory vacuum food waste bin located in the dining room sink and close the lid tightly. ✔️ Please understand that damage to all furniture and props in the accommodation may result in compensation. ✔️ This is a quiet residential area, so if there is a complaint due to loud noise, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and there will be no refund, so please refrain from making loud noises. ✔️ Do not send packages to the accommodation.
