This is a spacious and comfortable accommodation where the whole family can stay at ease. It features a duplex structure spanning the 3rd and 4th floors, with a wide open outdoor terrace on the 4th floor where you can enjoy meals and tea like at an outdoor café while taking in beautiful night views.

The location is convenient for both driving and public transportation, making it easy to get around anywhere.

- Our accommodation uses both the 3rd and 4th floors.
- Our accommodation does not have an elevator. You will need to use stairs up to the 3rd floor.

[3rd Floor]
• Room 1: 2 double beds, premium bedding
• Living room: Sofa, dining table, TV

• Kitchen: Pots, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, 1 kitchen towel provided, seasonings (cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper), water purifier, 1 pack of ice per person (20+ pieces) provided

• Bathroom/Toilet: Spacious shower facility
Sunflower showerhead and standard showerhead installed.
(Towels, disposable toothbrush set, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand wash, hair dryer)

• Veranda: Washing machine (top-load), drying rack, laundry detergent, fabric softener, recycling bin, food waste bin, cleaning supplies

[4th Floor]

• Room 1: 1 double bed, bedding, TV

• Room 2: Ondol room ~ 1 double topper, bedding

• Bathroom/Toilet: Compact but shower available
(Towels, disposable toothbrush set, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand wash, hair dryer)

▪️ Terrace: Dining table, chairs, portable gas range (butane gas not available), grill plate, dish soap, disposable sponges, hand wash, small sink
(Dishes must be brought from the 3rd floor)

You can enjoy beautiful night views from the 4th floor terrace. Simply prepare meals and tea on the 3rd floor and bring them upstairs to enjoy.

WiFi is available and the password will be written at the accommodation.
The door lock code will be sent to you via text on your arrival day.
