[Living Room]
You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the 42-inch TV in the living room.
There is a large dining table where all 10 people can dine together.
Board games (chess, Gonggi, Halli Galli, Yut Nori, Roulette, Broomba) are available so you can enjoy quality time with friends and family.

[Kitchen]
The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, and water purifier. The water purifier filter is regularly replaced and cleaned, so you can use it with confidence :)
Dishes are prepared to accommodate up to 10 people.
Simple cooking is possible with the provided induction cooktop.
(Indoor cooking of strong-smelling dishes such as grilled meat and fish is not permitted.)

[Bathroom]
The bathroom is always sanitized and disinfected.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are also provided.

We provide 10,000 won per day support ^^ (receipt required)
There is a paid parking lot located a 1-minute walk from the accommodation. (2,000 won per 60 minutes)


☆ Sunny House House Rules ☆

1. Please be mindful of excessive noise, loud voices, and drinking/dancing as they may cause complaints from neighbors.
2. Pets are not permitted.
4. Additional charges may apply for damage, deterioration, or stains to items in the building.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. (Smoking inside the house will result in a 100,000 won charge.)
6. Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (grilled meat and fish dishes, etc.) for the next guests. (Additional cleaning fees will apply.)
7. Please make reservations according to the number of guests. (Verified by external CCTV. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and criminal penalties.)
8. Please separate waste: food waste in yellow bags and general waste in white bags (provided in kitchen). (Additional cleaning fees will be charged if not separated.)

If you use excessive electricity, heating, or water during your stay, the host may charge you for the usage.
Additionally, if you damage furniture, appliances, kitchen dishes, etc., compensation may be charged.
