Hello, this is Young's house ☺️

We offer a bright and well-ventilated semi-basement room that is comfortable and pleasant.
The space includes 2 rooms with queen-size beds, a small living room combined with a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.

We have carefully prepared every piece of furniture and décor with the mindset of our own family staying here. Whether you need a quiet retreat or are looking for a cozy space during your travels, we hope this becomes a place where everyone can be satisfied.

✔️Samsung Seoul Hospital is a 10-minute walk away, and Daecheong Station is a 13-minute walk away. With many bus stops nearby, getting around is convenient.
Additionally, using public transportation, Suseo Station is 15 minutes away, Samsung Station COEX is 15 minutes away, and Lotte Tower in Jamsil takes about 30 minutes.

✔️It's a quiet residential area, and Ilwon-dong's food alley and convenience stores are just a 3-minute walk from the house, so you won't have any inconveniences. There's also a playground in front of the house and nearby large parks such as Ilwon Eco Park and Maru Park, making it great for walks :)

Accommodation
Although it's a semi-basement, it's well-maintained, bright, and pleasant.

🚪First room: Features a 43-inch TV (Netflix available, but you must use your personal account) and a queen-size premium mattress bed.

🚪Second room: Equipped with a vanity, hair dryer, and queen-size bed.

All bedding at our accommodation is changed and sanitized after every stay.
Both rooms have air conditioning for cool summers, and hot water and heating work well for warm and comfortable winters.
There's also a dehumidifier in the living room, so you can stay comfortably even in summer.

🪥Bathroom: Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. There's a bidet, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are available.

🍳Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop and microwave, rice cooker, and coffee pot for cooking, plus a table that seats 4.

🛜 Free WiFi is provided.

Washing machine/dryer are located in the kitchen.

Other Important Notes
🅿️Parking: Only 1 space available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ❗️inquire about parking when making your reservation❗️.
Without a parking reservation, parking may not be available on your check-in day.
Otherwise, please use 'Tancheon 2nd Public Parking Lot'!
Parking is possible on the alley next to the house, but it's not always available, and due to the residential nature of the area, situations may arise where you need to move your car.
