- No parking, No smoking, No parties, No pets allowed
- Indoor smoking and vaping are absolutely not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking refers not only to general smoking but also to e-cigarettes, liquid cigarettes, and vaping. Smoking and vaping inside the accommodation are strictly prohibited. (We ask for your understanding that smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited for the sake of the next guests.)
- A fee will be charged in case of indelible graffiti or indelible bedding stains.
- The accommodation is on the 3rd floor. You must climb the stairs. There is no elevator.
- Use and reservations for filming purposes, not for accommodation, are not allowed.
- Please make sure to turn off the air purifier when cooking. Because odors and smoke enter the filter, the air purifier will emit a bad smell.
- For safety management and crime prevention, a CCTV recording the exterior of the accommodation is operating 24 hours a day at the entrance.

Good easy stay. Helpful instructions.
This place is great! Very good location close to bars and restaurants yet very quiet. The apartment has 3 rooms, 2 of them have 2 double beds. It also has 2 bathrooms. The size of the apartment is really quite big for the area, and very good for big group of people. Instructions on how to use what were very clear. The apartment was very clean and the host takes a lot of care about keeping a high quality standard. The beds were comfortable, pillows a bit too hard for our taste. The bathroom provides hot water and showering utensils but only small towels but many. Overall, we had a very good stay. Hyelang is very friendly, response fast and supportive. Can highly recommend staying here!
