1) An additional charge of 50,000 KRW (35 USD) will be imposed per undeclared extra guest.
(Temporary visits are allowed for less than 1 hour)

2) An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW (35 USD) will be charged if bedding is stained.

3) Compensation costs will be charged for damage, contamination (rugs, walls, furniture, etc.), or loss of items within the accommodation.

4) Grilling meat or fish is not allowed inside the accommodation.
(If the smell is strong or doesn't dissipate, a special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged)

5) Please be careful with fire when using induction cooktops, coffee pots, etc.

6) Please take off your shoes inside the accommodation and use the indoor slippers provided.

7) Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the accommodation and the building (including stairs).
(If caught smoking, you will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be charged)

8) Sosojjae 101 is not responsible for safety accidents, loss, or damage to valuables due to guest negligence.

9) As it is adjacent to residential spaces, please refrain from singing loudly or making noise that disturbs neighbors after 9 PM.
(You may be asked to vacate if a complaint is received)

10) Pets are not allowed.

11) Minors under 19 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

12) An additional charge of 10,000 KRW per hour will be incurred after the check-out time of 11 AM.

13) Please wash dishes and separate trash before checking out.

14) A carbon monoxide detector and fire alarm are installed inside the accommodation.

15) Please refrain from dyeing hair in the room.

16) A CCTV is installed outside the entrance for safety.
