**Getting Here from Incheon Airport**

**Subway (Recommended)**

*Travel time: Approximately 1 hour 36 minutes ~ 2 hours
*Fare: Approximately 5,550 KRW
*Route: Board Airport Railroad at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or 2 → Gimpo Airport Station
*Location: B1 Transportation Center, Terminal 1 & 2
*Line: Airport Railroad local train (stops at all stations)

※ Express trains do not stop at Gimpo Airport Station

*Direction: Toward Seoul Station
*After passing through the gate: Go down to the platform and follow Seoul Station signs to board

- Move to B1 Transportation Center to board the Airport Railroad
- Move toward the local train boarding direction (stops at all stations)
- Purchase local train ticket
- Go to the Airport Railroad gate toward Gimpo Airport Station
- Board at Incheon Airport Terminal and get off at Gimpo Airport Station (approximately 37-44 minutes)
- Transfer from Airport Railroad Gimpo Airport Station to Subway Line 9 Gimpo Airport Station

- Board Subway Line 9 at Gimpo Airport Station and get off at Seokchon Station (approximately 40-55 minutes)
- Exit at Seokchon Station Exit 8
- Walk 457m (5 minutes) toward Seokchon Lake from Exit 8 to reach Tire Pro
- Enter the alley to the left of Tire Pro to arrive at Seokchon-dong Magnolia House Shim Stay

**Airport Limousine Bus**

To take bus 6705A from Incheon Airport, board at Gate 4 on the 1st floor of Terminal 1 or Gates 18-19 on B1 of Terminal 2.

- Terminal 2: Gates 18-19, B1 Transportation Center
- Travel time: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes ~ 2 hours (varies by traffic)
- Fare: Approximately 17,000 KRW

2. Get off at Lotte World Hotel or Lotte Tower in Jamsil
3. After getting off, take a taxi or walk (toward Seokchon Station/Tire Pro) to Seokchon-dong Magnolia House Shim Stay

1. Board limousine bus 6200 from Incheon Airport
2. Get off at Jamsil Station or Lotte World
3. After getting off, take a taxi or walk (toward Seokchon Station/Tire Pro) to Seokchon-dong Magnolia House Shim Stay

*Travel time: Approximately 1 hour ~ 1 hour 30 minutes

**Recommendations**

- Best value: Subway is most affordable with predictable timing
- Comfort: Limousine bus has spacious, comfortable seats but affected by traffic
- Fastest: Taxi is most convenient but expensive
- Heavy luggage: Limousine bus or taxi recommended

*Note: Seokchon-dong Magnolia House Shim Stay is located near Seokchon Lake. We recommend using a map app for exact location after exiting Seokchon Station.

◉ Recycling bins are located in front of the laundry room, and trash bins are next to the kitchen refrigerator. After they are full, please place items in transparent or trash bags and dispose of them after 6:00 PM at the right side of the front gate entrance

◉ (Winter) When going out, please set the boiler to away mode
(Summer) When going out, please turn off the air conditioning

◉ There is no dedicated parking space; please search for and use public parking lots

If excessive trash is generated after your stay or cleaning beyond normal scope is required, an additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged.
