Please strictly follow the guidelines below for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Violations may result in additional charges.

🚫 Absolutely Prohibited
No smoking in all areas: The entire building, including electronic cigarettes, is a non-smoking zone. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a 200,000 KRW cleaning/disinfection fee. 🚭

No shoes indoors: Please remove your shoes and use the provided slippers inside. Shoe marks on the floor will incur a 100,000 KRW cleaning fee.

No pets: Pets are strictly not allowed.

No hair dyeing: Hair dyeing is absolutely prohibited to prevent staining of bathroom tiles, sinks, bedding, and towels.

🍳 Kitchen & Food Use
Cooking guidelines: Light cooking is allowed, but please avoid cooking meat or fish with strong odors.

Food waste: Please store leftover food in the provided container.

Contamination prevention: Please avoid eating on the bedding.

🏠 Facility Protection & Etiquette
Furniture care: Do not place hot items directly on wooden furniture. (Repair costs will be charged for damage)

Toilet use: Do not flush ramen broth, food scraps, wet wipes, etc. Plumbing repair costs will be charged for clogs.

Damage & Loss: Please handle all facilities with care. Costs for damage, deterioration, or staining will be charged.

Before leaving: Always close all windows and lock the entrance door when going out.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking space. Please use nearby paid parking lots. Upon request, we can provide a list of paid parking lots near the accommodation. 🚗

Entrance CCTV: For guest safety and security, a camera is installed outside the entrance door (entrance area). Recording is limited to the exterior of the entrance only; the interior of the accommodation is never recorded. 🔒
