You will have exclusive access to both the first and second floors of a two-story house.
There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests.


The yard is also for your private use only -not shared

The house is located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood, making it ideal for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The space can accommodate up to 25 people.

There are 10 beds in total: 6 queen beds and 4 single beds.
Up to 16 guests can sleep in beds.
On the Airbnb app, you can select a maximum of 16 guests.

For groups over 16, there is an additional charge of 40,000 KRW per person per night.
If guests beyond 16 wish to sleep on the floor, extra floor bedding (folding mattress and blanket) is available upon request. Please request it at least 2 days before check in.
The cost for floor bedding set is 40,000 KRW

A beam projector is available for use.

If you are booking for filming purposes, please contact us before making a reservation. Unauthorized filming may result in immediate removal without refund, and compensation for any damages may be claimed.

If guests beyond 16 wish to sleep on the floor, we can provide folding mattresses and blankets upon request.
Each floor bedding set (mattress + blanket) costs 30,000 KRW per person.

Outdoor space: Over 165 m² (50 pyeong)

BBQ Policy

Personal BBQ equipment is not allowed.

If you'd like to have a BBQ, please contact us in advance.
The BBQ package is 30,000 KRW for up to 4 people.
For each additional person, 5,000 KRW will be added.
We provide the grill, charcoal, and BBQ tools—you only need to bring the food.

Parking Information

Parking is available for up to 2 cars.

Our garage can fit one mid-sized car or two compact cars.

Street parking in front of the house can accommodate two more cars, but there is a risk of receiving a parking ticket.

Alternatively, public parking lots are available nearby.
