This is an old house that my grandfather managed for a long time.
It's a place where I made memories with warm neighbors in a quiet neighborhood during my childhood.

We've tried to decorate it with a slightly different atmosphere from previous accommodations.

⚠️ Minors cannot stay without a guardian (if caught,
immediate conditional eviction, no refund)
⚠️ All areas within the accommodation building (including the terrace) are strictly
non-smoking areas, and in case of odor or fire insurance claims due to smoking,
a compensation fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged.
⚠️ In case of fire after using the room, compensation will be claimed, so
please be especially careful.
⚠️ Cooking food that produces strong meat or fish odors and a lot of smoke
is prohibited in the room.
⚠️ Pets are not allowed.
⚠️ We are not responsible for children's safety accidents
due to guardian's negligence.
