​Gain Stay is an exclusive-use accommodation where only your party
uses the entire space privately.
We do not accept any other guests besides the reserved party,

can be used comfortably as your exclusive space.

Severe stains that cannot be removed by regular washing may result in charges for special laundry or bedding replacement.

as the circuit breaker will trip due to household electrical capacity limits.

💡 Going Out Notice:
When going out, please turn off all electronic products such as air conditioner and boiler,

🛋️ Damage and Loss of Items:
If furniture, dishes, supplies, etc. in the accommodation are damaged or have issues,
please don't panic and contact the host immediately.
Many cases can be resolved with simple adjustments or repairs.
However, if left unattended without reporting or damaged beyond simple repair,
repair or replacement fees may be charged.

Vibration and noise from appliance operation can cause noise pollution during late hours.
Please finish using the washing machine and dryer before 8:00 AM ~ 8:00 PM if possible.

​🚽 Toilet Use Caution:
​Clogged toilets are often caused by this. Never throw wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, cigarette butts, etc. into the toilet, and always use the trash bin.

​🥣 Sink Drain Caution:
Never throw food scraps or oily broth (ramen, jjamppong) into the sink drain.
​Due to the nature of multi-unit residential buildings, if the drain pipe clogs, large-scale construction to clear the entire building's common pipes and substantial costs may occur.
If backflow or damage occurs, all related repair costs will be charged to the guest, so please be especially careful.

​Korea has very strict garbage separation regulations,
and violations result in strong legal penalties.
​● Please separate general waste/food waste/recyclables (plastic, paper, etc.)

​🍜 Delivery Food and Broth Dishes (Jjamppong, Ramen, etc.) Disposal Essential Rules
​For a clean room environment (to prevent odors and pest infestation),
leaving leftover broth dishes inside is strictly prohibited.
○ ​Small amounts of ingredients and oily broth:
Please carefully pour into the toilet (not the sink),
flush immediately, and if there is oil residue, add a drop of shampoo, scrub with the toilet brush, and flush.
○ If there are many ingredients:
Pour only the oily broth into the toilet and place ingredients in a food waste bag, tie it, and dispose of it in the food waste bin in front of the 1st floor entrance.
○ ​Oily container disposal:
Delivery containers have remaining grease, so please put them in a regular trash bag
and dispose of them.
