The accommodation is a non-smoking area both indoors and outdoors. However, for guests' convenience, the space with a wooden parasol on the 1st floor has been designated as a smoking area!! (Smoking area + cigarette butt trash bin provided) Occasionally, cigarette butts are discarded at neighboring houses, causing unfortunate disputes between neighbors and guest reports;;; We are currently monitoring cigarette butt disposal via CCTV and taking measures accordingly. Since the area around the house is surrounded by trees and forest, there is a fire hazard risk. We sincerely request that you smoke and dispose of cigarette butts ONLY in the designated smoking area!! 🙏🙏

🔸 Noise & Etiquette
Yeongdo is a quiet residential area, so please be especially mindful of noise at night. The accommodation has a structure where units are adjacent to each other (noise between floors). If complaints arise, you may experience inconvenience during your stay.

🔸 CCTV Notice
CCTV is installed in the yard and at the entrance for security purposes (to monitor visitors and smoking area)
No cameras are installed inside the guest room.

🔸 Damage · Loss Notice
All items are inspected just before check-in.
If loss or damage is found after check-out, restoration costs may be charged.

🔥 Heating Guide
The boiler temperature is set to automatic temperature control to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
(Please use only when using hot water.)

🍳 Kitchen Usage Guide

❌ Cooking of strong-smelling foods such as meat and fish is not permitted
🚭 No smoking indoors or outdoors!! (Rooftop X)

If cigarette butts are discarded at neighboring houses or nearby forest, it may cause a fire.
