The accommodation is a non-smoking area both indoors and outdoors. However, for guests' convenience, the space with the wooden parasol on the 1st floor has been designated as a smoking area!! (Smoking area + cigarette butt trash bin provided) Occasionally, cigarette butts are discarded at neighboring properties, causing unfortunate disputes between neighbors and guest reports;;; We are currently monitoring cigarette butt disposal via CCTV and taking measures accordingly. Since the area around the house is surrounded by trees and forest with fire hazard risks, we sincerely request that you smoke and dispose of cigarette butts ONLY in the designated area!!🙏🙏

Yeongdo is a quiet residential area, so please be especially mindful of noise at night. The accommodation has a structure where units are adjacent to each other (noise between floors). If complaints arise, you may experience inconvenience during your stay.

CCTV is installed in the yard and at the entrance for security purposes (to monitor visitors and smoking area)
No cameras are installed inside the guest room.
