For 2/4 person bookings: 2 queen beds provided as standard
For 6 person bookings: 2 queen beds + 2 single beds provided as standard.

✔️ Visits from people outside the reserved guests (acquaintances) are absolutely prohibited. (Visits are included in the number of overnight guests)
We monitor via CCTV, and if overcrowding is detected, ₩50,000 per person will be charged.

✔️ Please remove your shoes in the accommodation. Please wear indoor slippers from the shoe rack inside.

✔️ As this accommodation is located in a residential area, please observe quiet hours. (9 PM ~ 7 AM)
Loud noise or parties late at night can cause complaints, and in such cases, immediate checkout may be enforced without refund.

✔️ The entire building interior and yard are non-smoking.
Smoking will trigger fire alarms and special cleaning fees (₩150,000) will be charged.

✔️ Disinfection completed 26.04.08, air conditioner cleaning completed to prepare a cleaner and more hygienic indoor environment. While we conduct regular disinfection, insects may appear due to the nature of the house, and refunds due to this are not possible.

✔️ Since preparation is needed for the next guests, if there is any damage or contamination, please don't worry and inform the host immediately.

✔️ Please avoid eating on beds or dyeing indoors. (Laundry/replacement fees may be charged for bedding/furniture staining.)

✔️ Pets: We'd love to welcome them, but due to allergy concerns, pets cannot stay with you.

✔️ Late checkout incurs an additional charge of ₩20,000 per hour.
