The accommodation is located in a multi-unit residential building, so we ask for quiet use between 9 PM and 8 AM.

• When using the TV, please maintain an appropriate volume for neighbors.
• Please remove your shoes indoors.
• The accommodation is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. (Including e-cigarettes) If smoking is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged and immediate checkout is required.
• Simple cooking is allowed, but cooking with strong odors is not permitted.
(Violation will result in a $300 special cleaning fee)

• Free parking requires advance reservation.

• The accommodation is prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the number of guests.

• Visitors are welcome for short visits only. Overnight stays are only available for the number of guests in your reservation.

• Before checkout, please separate trash for recycling and do a simple tidying up.

• For safety, CCTV is installed only outside the entrance door. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.
