It’s a quiet neighbourhood area. We’ve stay here for 6 nights and it’s very comfortable and clean but we have few big luggage which makes it abit pack as the area are quite small for big luggage. But I will definitely recommend for this place, it’s worth the price and about 25-30 minutes uber ride to city center.
因为是独栋所以住的很舒服，房间装修也很好，餐具用品齐全。很温暖的房间，很幸运能找到这样高性价比的房间。

Everything is neatly organized with just the essentials, so I was able to stay comfortably.
The surrounding conveniences like public transportation and convenience stores are well-equipped, making it suitable for travelers without a car as well^^

1) Unit is super new and clean. I personally like it all white and the minimalist design. 2) Just nice for 4 pax. Can't fit luggage in the room with 1 single and 1 double bed. Have to leave the luggage in the living, which is quite small. Would not suggest for 5 pax with 5 luggage.
3) Distance from Jeungsan station to the unit is slightly more than 10 mins walk.
4) Bonus to see full bloom of cherry blossom at the park just right outside of Jeungsan station
5) Host was responsive to e-hail a cab for us 1 night, when we were too tired to take the metro.

附近有便利商店，房東回覆快，房子乾淨，只是離地鐵站比較遠。整體都是很好的體驗。

There are convenience stores nearby, the host responds quickly, the house is clean, it's just a bit far from the subway station. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Loved our stay here. Apart from the great apartment, it was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the hosts that impressed me the most. I had an emergency the first day we landed and they were very helpful on finding a clinic that can accommodate me on Christmas day. They were very patient in answering all of my queries as well. Whether big or small. Appreciate that ◡̈
Host was responsive and very helpful with our requests and queries and the unit was clean and tidy and equipped with all the essentials. It was also located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of eateries and amenities around. However, one gripe I had was the unit was smaller than the pictures suggested and was a little bit of a squeeze for a party of 5.
It was incredibly comfortable and truly made me feel at home. The space was beautiful, cozy, and very well arranged. I also want to give special thanks to the host for being so attentive and caring, it really made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
