The apartment itself is really pleasant and cute. It has everything you need. Wifi, A/C and squeaky clean. The bed was really comfortable. The hosts left a bunch of free bottled water and snacks. Speaking of the hosts, they are extremely nice people and were helpful and reponsive with any questions. The immediate neighbourhood has an authentic Busan feel, not too touristy at all. Both within walking distance; to the west you have the vibrant mercantile district next to PKNU university, and to the east there's Gwangali beach and the famous bridge. I think it's a great place to stay if you want to experience Gwangali and Busan without being too much in a tourist spot. Overall a great place to stay and will look to stay again if I return to Busan. Thanks Joo and Ji-young!

The house was so clean and had such a nice atmosphere. I was really satisfied! The bed was big and comfortable to sleep in. And the host responded so quickly, which was really convenient and great. You were kind and cheerful. I was satisfied with both the service and the house.
The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, and everything else were provided, and there were plenty of towels, which was great~~!

The place is super clean and spotless. It has everything you need, washing machine, microwave, clean kitchen etc. Location is great. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores within 2 minutes walking distance. The host is one of the best hosts I've met. She's friendly, proactive, polite and responds to messages instantly. We had no issues at all during our 12 days stay and the host had made our experience in Busan a wonderful memory!
성인 5인 가족 여행으로 2박했습니다. 물론 집처럼 넒진 않은데 적당히 복작거리며 지낼만합니다. (공용공간이 있어서 5명이 함께 앉아서 식사나 담소도 가능해서 집에서 아주 오랜 시간 있을게 아니라면 가성비 베스트입니다.) 소음에 유의해달라는 문구가 많아서 주의를 하긴했지만 한편으론 걱정이 있었는데 뭐 이틀 살면서 대화 나누고 씻고 하는데에는 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 왜그랬는지는 모르겠지만 첫날 집안에 모기가 많아서 잠을 설쳤는데 호스트님이 바로 다음날에 모기약이랑 메트랑 가져다주셔서 이튿날은 꿀잠잤습니다. 호스트님이 연락도 빠르시고 문제 상황에 바로 대응해주십니다. 아침 2끼와 저녁 1끼를 포장, 배달 등을 이용해서 숙소에서 처리했는데 식기, 주방 도구, 물(500ml 생수) 등 넉넉해서 전혀 불편함 없었습니다. 광안리쪽 횟집들도 배달 오고 근처에 아침을 해결할만한 빵집, 미역국집 등 많이 있습니다. 수건도 넉넉하고, 보일러도 온수도 에어컨도 모두 잘 됩니다. 주차 때문에 고민이 많았는데 이틀 내내 5시 쯤에 귀가해서 그 이후로는 도보로만 다녔고 이틀 모두 단지 안에 주차했습니다. 어머니가 좀 예민하신 편인데 다음에 부산에 오게된다면 또 머물러도 좋을 것 같다고 얘기해서 뿌듯했습니다. 저희 가족에게 좋은 추억을 선물해주신 호스트님 감사합니다. 번창하세요.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5 adults. Of course, it's not as spacious as a house, but it's comfortable enough to spend time together. (Since there's a common area where all 5 of us can sit together for meals and conversation, it's the best value for money if you're not planning to spend a lot of time indoors.) There were many notices about being mindful of noise, so we were cautious, but I was a bit worried. However, during our 2-day stay, there were no issues at all with conversations, showering, and daily activities. I'm not sure why, but there were many mosquitoes in the house on the first night and I couldn't sleep well. The host brought mosquito repellent and a mat the very next day, and I slept soundly on the second night. The host responds quickly to messages and handles any issues promptly. We handled 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner through takeout and delivery at the accommodation, and there were plenty of dishes, kitchen tools, and water (500ml bottled water), so we had no inconvenience whatsoever. There are also many sushi restaurants in the Gwangalli area with delivery options, and nearby there are bakeries and seaweed soup restaurants to grab breakfast. There are plenty of towels, and the boiler, hot water, and air conditioning all work perfectly. I was worried about parking, but we returned around 5 PM both days and only walked afterwards, and we parked within the complex both nights. My mother tends to be particular, but she said if we come to Busan again, she'd like to stay here again, which made me proud. Thank you, host, for giving our family wonderful memories.
