really great place, close to subways and very central

2 subway lines nearby and very quiet and clean place enough for 3 people, friendly host! Thank you!

Very responsive and friendly host. The place is very cozy and clean.

My family of four stayed in Rina's property from 06/08/2026 through 07/31/2026. It was my first time coming back to Korea since I left as a child in 1984. I was nervous about being able to find the place from Inchon airport, but Rina gave excellent directions and even sent me pictures of the house and surrounding streets. The house was exactly as described in her listing. We really appreciated the in unit washer and dryer and a kitchen with everything we needed for cooking meals. The neighborhood is in the busy area of Gangnam, but the house itself is shielded from the crowd and is very peaceful. We took many walks around the peaceful neighborhood which offered various convenient amenities. You have 2 convenient stores within a 2 minute walk. Many cafes to walk to within minutes. It is a short 5 minute walk to several main streets that offer numerous eating options. Easy walk to Seonjeongneung station on line 9 which can take you to basically anywhere in greater Seoul metro.

I had an excellent stay at Rina’s property. She was extremely responsive to messages and left a thoughtful welcome note and gift which was appreciated.
Everything was very clean and bed and pillows were great. Other than that an excellent visit.
