Optimal location and convenient transportation The direct bus stop for Incheon International Airport is a 5-minute walk away, so it is very convenient to go to the airport. It takes about 5 minutes by bus to Gangnam Station and about 15 minutes to the Express Bus Terminal. You can also reach major tourist attractions in Seoul such as Myeongdong, Itaewon, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Dongdaemun in about 30 to 40 minutes. 2. Various nearby facilities A large supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy, rice cake shop, and various restaurants are within walking distance. Yangjaecheon is a 9-minute walk away, so it is great for walking or running, and the wonderful cafes of the Yangjaecheon Cafe Street are also nearby. 3. A pleasant and safe environment The facilities are neatly managed as they have been open for a short time. We provide a pleasant environment for all guests with a smoking and pet-free policy. Garbage disposal information General waste, recycling: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday (18:00~01:00 the next day) Food waste: Every day (same time zone) Separate collection method: General waste - use volume-based bags / Recycling - use transparent bags Food waste: Put in the blue food waste-only bag and put it in the green bin (room 301) in the accommodation 2. Heating and hot water use You can conveniently control the heating and hot water with the temperature controller on the wall of the large room. If the light in the hot water section is on even when the boiler “--” is displayed, the hot water is turned on. Turn the temperature to the right to adjust it and the heating will turn on. In winter, you can stay warm by setting it to around 40-60 degrees. 3. Precautions Please avoid using red and white faucets in the bathroom except for the shower. (Rust may come out.) Please be careful to prevent fire when cooking. Since the accommodation is not covered by fire insurance, you may be held responsible for accidents caused by carelessness. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas including the balcony, and a fine (100,000 won) will be imposed if caught. ?
