詳細

[一時使用のための賃貸契約]

本契約は宿泊目的ではなく、短期居住を目的とした
一時使用賃貸契約です。
(1泊単位での精算および予約不可、期間は‘日’で確認してください。)

1. 契約内容
1) 保証金 20万ウォン
2) 4週間の賃料：140万ウォン
(29日から可能)
3) 管理費 先払い 月 28万ウォン(賃料に含まれています。)
(すべてのコミュニティ施設利用を含む金額)
(短期賃貸の事情により、固定設定されています。)
4) 入退去清掃費 1万ウォン(別途)(契約ごとに1回)



2. 日単位の提供はいたしません。
1) 最低7日以上～6ヶ月未満(プラットフォーム規定に準ずる)
2) 短期賃貸に関する Wehome プラットフォーム規定上、最低29日以上から契約可能。
3) 1週間単位で延長可能。



3. 保証金がほとんど不要なレベルです。
1) 保証金 500万ウォン以上など多くは不要。
2) 少額の保証金 20万ウォンで進行可能。
3) 高額な仲介手数料、決済手数料も不要。



4. 合法的で安全な短期賃貸です。
1) 貸主の同意を得た合法的な転貸借契約。
2) 合法的な短期賃貸のため、一時使用が明確な先払い賃料を納付する形で進行。
3) 合法的な短期賃貸のため、寝具(布団、枕など)や衛生用品(タオル、トイレットペーパー、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシなど)は宿泊関連の追加サービスとして提供いたしません。
4) 契約期間中の宿泊に関する清掃サービスは提供しません。（清掃は入居者が管理）清掃費は入退去時の清掃のみを対象とします。


** 割引案内**
- 1~28日ずつ不可能、長期契約可能で割引提供。
- 7日単位 2% 割引。
- 29日単位 6% 割引。

** 短期契約 特約事項**
1. 確定日付、住民登録は不可。
2. 契約延長などの理由で借主は賃貸借保護法を主張できない。
3. 借主は空間の用途変更および転貸行為が禁止。
4. 退去時、原状回復、施設物の毀損および紛失は程度により保証金から差し引き。(入館カード紛失 10万ウォン)
5. 上記契約内容は、相互署名なしでも事前確認済みの内容として、契約時 別途契約書なしでも同一の効果とする。(直接取引時、対面契約で契約書作成可能)
6. 室内喫煙禁止、ペット協議必須。
