We had a lot of snow, and since I live in Gyeonggi-do, I was having a hard time commuting, so I urgently looked for accommodation and booked the Sadang place.

After a long time, I made a reservation and visited the accommodation, and as soon as I walked in, I was so happy with how clean and cozy the atmosphere was :)

From the entrance to the detailed explanations you provided, it was easy to find and the place was absolutely wonderful!

Most of all, there was a tree, so with Christmas coming up soon, the festive atmosphere was lovely ☺️☺️

I came in late after a company dinner and had to go to work the next day, so I was sorry to spend such a short time, but on my next visit, I'd like to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace :)

It was such a satisfying accommodation!

I was hesitant after seeing some negative reviews recently, but I decided to book it anyway because of the great location and value for money! However, when I actually arrived, even though it's a semi-basement, there's no stuffiness or anything like that at all, and the windows are large so it's very pleasant. Most importantly, I didn't see a single bug(!) - I guess I was worried for nothing..? The cleaning was so neat and the bed was so comfortable, which I really appreciated ㅎㅎㅎ The interior is also beautiful with such a cozy and aesthetic vibe that I absolutely loved it ? If I ever have a reason to visit Sadang again, I'll definitely stay here again :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked this place because it's close to the station and has a late checkout time. Even though I inquired late at night, the owner responded quickly, which helped me find the accommodation easily. I really liked how the lights were already on and it felt warm and welcoming when I walked in. The place looks exactly like the photos, and there's even a Christmas tree. There were no ants or mosquitoes. The home had a frying pan and all the basic dishes, so it was great for cooking. I highly recommend this accommodation for the value.

The location is great and close to the station. However, since the alley right next to it is a bar district, you can often hear people's voices. Despite it being a semi-basement, there's no air purifier and all the windows are blocked, so ventilation was difficult and it felt stuffy.

First of all, finding a place to stay was so hard that I was extremely stressed when I went in. I searched every alley in the neighborhood and couldn't find it, so I asked the locals and they helped me find it. They told me to look for a gray door? Most of the doors you see are gray! Anyway, the house I finally found with help in that dark alley was a semi-basement house with barely any interior design. I made a reservation for a mixed group of 4, but where can the other two sleep if only two people sleep in a bed? I'm really shocked that the maximum number of people should be two. In the end, the two stayed separately at a nearby hotel. Also, I wanted to watch TV, but it doesn't work for regular TV, and it seems that people who don't watch DLive won't be able to watch it. Shouldn't they at least write down the user manual? It would be hard for people with bad knees to go up and down that high bathroom, so I suggest that they put a step stool in the middle. It was very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory because it was unusual in many ways, and I never want to come back here again, having experienced a semi-basement room for over 170,000 won - the soundproofing is not at all. Please keep this in mind.

The location is great as it's close to the station, but since it's in a busy area, it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. In particular, there's poor soundproofing with the neighboring unit, so you can hear voices echoing at night. I think guests who are sensitive to noise should definitely use earplugs. It seems to be a common issue in Korea these days, but there were quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment and I got bitten several times...ㅠ The interior design and cleanliness are nice. I'd recommend this place for those who want to spend about a day in Sadang and stay here.

The location is good. However, this place feels almost like a semi-basement. Although it's on the 1st floor, you have to go down half a level, and there's water at the entrance, so my shoes got wet. The bed is unlike any bed I've ever felt before. You can feel the springs directly, and when you touch it with your hand, the hard springs are completely exposed. I left an inquiry message, but it was simply ignored. There were exactly 5 dead ants on the floor, and ants were crawling around. The bed and hygiene conditions urgently need improvement.

The host responded quickly and kindly when I asked questions! The accommodation was also clean and nice to stay in ㅎㅎ

It's great because it's close to Sadang Station and there are many restaurants nearby.
There's also a convenience store within a 2-minute walk.
