What a wonderful stay and and an even more precious host! Jay helped answer any and every question we had! I would stay here again and again! Our trip’s purpose was to move my twin daughters into CAU here for the semester and I loved how this whole area is so safe and walkable! I was able to walk to and from their dorm with ease! And so many great places to eat and get coffee around Jay’s place! The surrounding scenery is so pretty, too! What a perfect trip! Thank you!

Such a great apartment. I booked as we were visiting my son that is coursing his studies in Seoul. The accommodation was just 5 minutes from his university making everything so easy. Lots of transport around. The flat comes with all kinds of appliances including a welcome pack with noodles and biscuits. Communication was extremely precise too. So pleased with our choice. Thanks so much for making this trip to easy for us

EXCELLENT VALUE, especially compared to the expensive Seoul hotels! Jay's place offered a true home-away-from-home feel, with a good-sized refrigerator, dining table for four, washer/dryer, and a FREE parking spot which are all not standard for hotel rooms. Directions to find the entrance were easy to follow, the code lock was very convenient (no need to fumble around for keys), and the location was on a street that did not see a lot of traffic which made for a quiet spot in an otherwise bustling city. Communication with Jay was top-notch as she answered all questions, addressed any concerns, and gave assurances to help out further if needed. One note - I did not realize that this apartment was located in a part of the city that has streets like San Francisco (many steep slopes). Although lovely and makes for a good walk for those who are healthy, we were traveling with my elderly mother who is currently walking-challenged. That said, you will want to rely on taxis. Great stay!

It’s a stay only for those with cars. Because it’s quite far in terms of Seoul geography and things to do and also uphill. But it’s definitely a steal price wise I think due to the location but the others could be better! The toilet had a very bad sewage smell whenever we left it unused for a day. The ventilator area also had mould, as well as the bottom of the bathroom door. There was laundry leftover in the washer when we checked in. There was also a millipede/centipede that was on my clothes drying on the drying rack 😭 iron was in the listing but I couldn’t find it. I think the most inconvenient thing was the fact that the bidet had to be manually plugged in by the guests and the plug is across the toilet > which is definitely not safe because the toilet is already so small and the plug or wire is bound to get wet if we keep having to unplug and replug it in.
The host was nice enough to send food recommendations when asked so thank you :)

Overall it was good experience. Bedding was super comfortable. Jay recommended us good vegetarian restaurants! I would recommend her place.
