The accommodation location is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 10 of Kongdeok Metro Station, which is really very convenient. There's a 7-11 nearby for added convenience, and there are plenty of places to eat in the evening. Our group of 4 was quite satisfied with the 6-night stay.

The location is close to Gangnam Station, just a five-minute walk away—really convenient! All three rooms are spacious, and all amenities are provided! I'll definitely book again next time.

Very convenient accommodation with great value for money

The location is very close to Concorde Station! It takes almost a minute to get there from the exit via the small path, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby—super convenient!
The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. All the daily essentials are provided, and whenever there's any issue, the host responds very quickly with solutions.
The room is very clean and tidy, and both the refrigerator and washing machine are large. It would be great if there were a dryer too (＾ω＾)
The only downside is that the air conditioner looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, but there's no odor when using it.
Overall, it's excellent, and if I have the chance, I would definitely choose this property again!

Everything was great, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and very clean. Access was easy because the host explained it very well. I appreciate how quickly he responds and how he resolves all my questions. The house has everything essential. The only drawback, though it wasn't a surprise since we already knew about it, is that the bathroom doesn't have a shower stall—instead the shower is on the floor itself, which means everything gets wet when the next person wants to enter. It seems to be quite common here, but somewhat inconvenient. The metro is right next door and there are thousands of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The minimalist, fresh décor creates a wonderful homey atmosphere with absolutely no feeling of constraint.

Whether exploring Hongdae, Myeongdong, or visiting nearby landmarks, everything is hassle-free. The value for money is outstanding—both the accommodation experience and host service are top-notch. On the first day, I asked if we could store our luggage early, and the host not only accommodated that but also let us check in early since cleaning was finished ahead of schedule. I was truly grateful for such thoughtful consideration. With 3 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, our family of 4 had plenty of room with no sense of cramping. All furnishings and amenities were kept immaculately clean, and every detail was well-prepared, making our stay very comfortable.

I'd love to use this place again the next time I visit Korea.
