숙소 자체는 매우 청결한 편입니다. 정리가 잘 되어있고 내부가 밝고 아늑하며 따뜻한 분위기입니다. 호스트님도 연락이 잘되고 머무는 동안 필요한 안내를 상세하게 알려주십니다. 서울대입구역에서 도보로 15분 정도입니다. 주택 골목 안쪽에 위치해있지만 무섭거나 밤에 오기 위험한 분위기는 아닙니다. 유일한 단점은 1층이라 화장실에 작은 벌레가 나타나는 편입니다. 그렇다고 날아다니는 벌레는 아니어서 딱히 거슬리지는 않습니다. 그리고 외부 소음 예를 들어 오토바이 소리가 크게 들리는 편이라 소음에 매우 예민하신 분이라면 추천하지 않습니다.
