If you like it warmer, the heating does it's job well. The location is very conveniently located in easy walking distance on the line 2 metro station Bongcheon.
There's also many shops, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and everything else you need around. Last but not least, the host was very friendly and responsive! They helped us with a complicated booking and even helped us to store our luggage on our last day.
